The COVID-19 Diagnostic test, sometimes referred to as a PCR test, requires a deep swab to the back of your nose to determine if you have an active coronavirus infection. If your test results show that you have been exposed to or are currently affected by COVID-19, our providers at ReInvent Health of Long Island can help treat your symptoms, including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and/or diarrhea. Please note that factors associated with an increased risk of severe COVID-19 include older age and pre-existing medical conditions.
